Round 3 The Finals

Date – Sunday 21st August
Location – Ausbike expo – Exhibition Pavilion – Melbourne showgrounds – Melbourne – Victoria
(Located on the Epsom Road boundary – see below map for more details)
Times
9am – Arrival time
10am – Open jam session / warm up
12noon – Competition qualifying rounds commence
3pm – Finals
4pm – Presentations
5pm – We outta there / time to party
Please note – There is a possibility of Cadel Evans attending the event – if this happens, timetables may need to change last minute, as we want to accommodate any speeches or presentations he is doing.
Rider information
- Riders must enter via the Trade Entrance at the side of the building (see below map for more details)
- Only listed riders will be allowed to bring their bikes into the venue – all others must be left outside.
- Parking in the venue is available to riders for the standard $5 charge
- Riders must NOT ride their bikes around the show – they need to be walked to the BMX area and only ridden inside the fenced area
- Riders who are competing can enter for free (providing your name is on the list). Each rider can bring 1 guest, who is eligible to enter on a concession ticket ($5 instead of $10)
Entry fee to contest is free but you must submit your notification to entry contest via contact page before Saturday 20th August. Failing this you will still be able to enter but it will be more complicated.
Entry fees will apply as follows if your not on the list of riders.
Adult: $10.00 (18 years and above)
Concession: $5.00 (5 – 17 years of age, Students, Seniors)
Children Under 5 years of age: FREE
Ticketing is available online or at the door.
